You will not be charged for any initial contact.
Re-fresh therapy is based in Stratford Upon Avon and online. Sessions are offered Via Zoom, Skype, Teams, face time, WhatsApp video or Telephone.

My fees are
£60 per session of CBT or counselling
£75 Sex and Porn addiction therapy
£80 per 1 hour 30 minutes session or Supervision
£75 per session for EMDR
£60 Coaching
Session length is 50 minutes with the exception of supervision
Payment accepted are Cash, Bank Transfer PayPal or Card.
