About Me

Helping You Make Sense of What You’re Going Through

I’m a fully qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with personal experience of depression and anxiety. I know how overwhelming things can feel, and how hard it can be to break free from patterns that keep you stuck.

My own journey into therapy is what drives my work today—offering a safe, understanding space where you can begin to feel more in control, more hopeful, and more like yourself again.

I have specialist training in trauma, including working with survivors of childhood sexual abuse and rape, as well as supporting people with PTSD, anxiety, depression, co-dependency, relationship difficulties, and bereavement.

I also work with betrayal trauma and sex and porn addiction—areas that can feel particularly isolating or difficult to talk about. My approach is always respectful, confidential, and free from judgement.

Alongside CBT, I integrate EMDR, EFT, Transactional Analysis (TA), coaching, and hypnotherapy, allowing me to tailor therapy to you and your unique situation.

I may suggest simple, practical exercises between sessions to help you apply what we discuss in real life—supporting lasting change.
